Processing Time of Made to Order Items

Due to high demand the current processing time for all of our made to order items is up to 15 WEEKS from the purchase date. You will be notified via email when your item is complete and due to be shipped. We understand this is a considerable waiting time and if the item is needed as a gift for a special occasion please do consider the 15 WEEK period before making your purchase.

Delivery of Finished Products

Made to order finished items are shipped from Torquay Australia using Australia Post. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Customs Duties

Please be aware that any and all country specific duties, taxes and other fees applicable will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery of Digital Downloadable Products

Digital downloadable product links are available on the purchase page once the payment has been successful. You will also receive an email containing an automatic link to download the digital pattern file. All digital pattern files are in PDF format.

User Licence of Digital Downloadable Products

When purchasing a digital downloadable product such as a pattern you will have lifetime access to the file, you will also receive via email notification links to any updated versions of the pattern.

Damages and Issues

In the event that your made to order item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aidieandjellybean@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
