Refunds and Exchanges / Non-Returnable Items

If for any reason you are not happy with your made to order purchase, please email us as soon as possible at aidieandjellybean@icloud.com and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you.

We do accept returns of made to order items excluding customised orders on the condition the items are unopened in the original clear gift packaging. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not provide exchanges for any made to order items or customised products.

Please email us at aidieandjellybean@icloud.com to request a return for a refund. We will reply with instructions for you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

There is no refund or exchange for digital downloadable products.
